Job description
Roles & responsibilities-

 

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Design and implement reusable components and libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and create responsive layouts for various devices and platforms.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing them with technical advice and fostering their professional growth.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
• Work with clients to refine designs and secure final approval for production
• Design elegant user experiences (Interfaces and Interactions).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend functionalities.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Communicate complex, interactive design concepts clearly and persuasively across different clients and varying levels of the organization.
• Work with cross-functional teams (Design, Content and Coding) to attain business goals.
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the user experience and improve development processes.
• Create animation / micro interaction in the UI to engage the user.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Taking interviews and training the team as and when required

Required Skill Set

 

• 7+ years relevant professional work experience with Ed. Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA
• Expert sense & understanding of UI/UX Design principles
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and modern prototyping tools like Figma, XD and Sketch
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Should be able to work in a result driven environment with a data driven approach
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
   

Must Have:- Skills- Exp in HTML using SASS, CSS, JavaScript, jquey

Must have exp in Figma tool
