Required Qualification:
We're looking for an outstanding System Design Lead. You'll be responsible for the evolution of our UI
experience. We're looking for someone ambitious and driven who can hit the ground running,
collaborating closely with our design, product, and engineering teams every step of the way - always
championing a best-in-class experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create high-quality UI design from concept to final product.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, icons, and tables).
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images.
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Required Skills:
• Minimum BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ M.Tech/ MBA/ relevant degree in the area of design or
equivalent.
• The resource should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience.
• The resource should have experience in creation and application of UI & UX strategies
for at least 5 years.
• The resource should have knowledge of translating requirements into epics, user
stories, initiatives, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes (minimum 1 project)
• The resource should have experience of working with cross-functional teams for system
development and translating design concepts.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for rapid prototyping & Bootstrap.
• The ideal candidate should have good experience in design systems, components, and style
guides and how to best implement, maintain, and build them.
• Knowledge of Angular-js is a plus.
• Page layout and composition.
• The resource should have relevant certification in UI/UX design
