Trainee Test Engineer/ Test Engineer-1
What will you be doing?
• Perform testing across web applications, APIs, and mobile applications, gaining exposure to
a wide range of testing domains.
• Craft all-encompassing test cases that cover functional scenarios, negative tests, and user
behavior simulations, contributing to meticulous software evaluation.
• Prepare essential test data to ensure comprehensive coverage of potential scenarios,
enhancing the accuracy of testing results.
• Document and communicate testing outcomes, progress, and recommendations effectively
to both the development team and project stakeholders.
• Leverage your training period to acquire valuable insights and hands-on experience in the
field of software testing, setting a foundation for your career growth.
From your experience, you should:
• Possess a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in testing web applications and REST
APIs.
• Demonstrate a sound grasp of diverse testing methodologies and tools.
• Exhibit proficiency in the execution and upkeep of test cases.
• Display practical proficiency in executing test scripts scripted in Java and employing
Selenium.
• Desirable to have prior exposure to testing web services through tools like Postman and
RestAssured.
• Showcase robust analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with the capability to
diligently identify and report issues.
